  When I walk in forest I admire the beauty of nature. Hearing the water run and the birds chirp is therapeutic for me. It makes me want  to meditate. The perfection of just looking at the green trees, the river and its water cascading down causes me to be in the enthrallment of silence.

While just relaxing in the forest and meditating , i meditate on the simple side of life , the depths of silence causes my mind to open a bit more. Yes and being under the shade i go out into the sun and give myself a nice sun bath. After the sunbath I go into the clear crisp river and float  slowly away.  while floating away i close my eyes and let the depths of silence creep in slowly. 

Each depth  represents the phases of my life some good others bad and the other is whatever.  I know that those depths or as you like to call it phases are like a tsunami that just passes by whether it may crash or whether it may calm down and may not hit anything mentally that is.
